Chef Liz Abbey is practiced in many different cuisines and specialty
diets including French, Italian, Contemporary West Coast, Thai,
Pritikin, Low Fat, and Vegetarian, to name a few. All efforts will
be made to source organic ingredients from local suppliers whenever
possible. Coast Mountain Catering will happily work alongside you
to develop a custom menu or you may choose to create your own from
some of my existing menus.
Prices will vary according to menu, venue and number of guests.
